Shared Lives South West employs a team of around 40 full and part-time staff. Our management team are
Jane Bell, Chief Executive: Jane is our Chief Executive and has run the organisation since its inception in 2004: she’s where the buck stops! Jane also chairs the South West regional forum which is part of Shared Lives Plus. Jane has a small team who manage events, marketing and communications and publications, including the website.

Dominic Spayne, business manager: Dominic runs our finance and business support services, making sure all the bills are paid on time and that our IT and email systems work properly. Dominic has a background in business management and property.
Donna Bounden manages our funding and benefits team based, in our head offices in Kingsteignton:. The team works with local authorities to arrange the funding for people who use our services. They manage money on behalf of some of the people who use our services and make sure they receive all the right benefits; they also manage respite and short-breaks bookings and payment.
Janice Brown is our West Team Manager. Our West Team covers most of Cornwall and is based in our Cornwall office in Scorrier near Redruth, Cornwall. Janice manages a team of social care staff and admin staff. She has a background in social care and children’s services.
Our Mid Team covers Plymouth and Torbay and the border area between Cornwall and Devon and is managed by Mark Hutchinson. Mark has a background in social care working with local authorities as a practitioner and a commissioner. Mark is also the registered manager for Shared Lives South West.
Anne Bilham is our East Team Manager. Our East Team covers most of Devon and is based in our main office in Kingsteignton, near Newton Abbot, Devon. Anne has a background of social care in local authority and the voluntary sector managing learning disablity services.
